Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

The following timeframes apply after your order has been dispatched:

Standard Shipping (Domestic)

  • Delivery Time: 2–8 business days

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout or free over $50

Express Shipping (Domestic)

  • Delivery Time: 1–3 business days

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Shipping Delays

Unexpected delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Peak seasons

  • Weather events or customs checks

If your order is delayed, we’ll assist in tracking it down, but delays outside our control are not grounds for refunds.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct.
We cannot replace or refund items shipped to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  • Check with neighbours or building management

  • Contact the courier directly

Returns & Exchanges

Shipping fees associated with returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
